What’s in it for you:

We have opportunity for an apprentice to join our established team in Houston, Renfrewshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our successful business and develop your career within a professional and relaxed place to work.

You will:

  • Create and process orders through internal systems via SharePoint and HubSpot
  • Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and use CRM system Trello
  • Audit and verify claims submitted by customers for incentives/promotions to ensure compliance with terms. Liaise with our finance team to review, reject, or process payments for valid claims
  • Become the go to expert for clients
  • Manage user access and permissions for applications, ensuring timely responses to access requests. Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth user experiences
  • Provide first class support to the Channel Partner execs - providing reports, slides, collateral and assets as required with the use of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Salary:

£18,500 per annum - Salary increases depending on performance.

Working week:

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 30 min lunch break.

Important information:

Throughout your apprenticeship you are supported by your skills coach and your account manager. They work with your line manager to ensure you settle in, help you develop all the skills you need to pass your assessments, and can provide one to one support.

At the end, as well as the valuable experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification.
