What you will be doing…
- Managing inbound and outbound contacts via written, electronic and verbal communication with customers.
- Resolving enquiries and complaints where possible or following the escalation process.
- Obtaining and recording accurate information.
- Checking ID documents to support the client recruitment process.
- Reviewing video footage of ANPR cameras and deciding whether a contravention has taken place.
- Negotiating and setting up payment plans.
- Maintaining knowledge of the customer policies.
- Ensure the security of any customer information is maintained.
- As an apprentice you will be working towards a level 2 customer service practitioner. You will be expected to attend training sessions and 1-2-1’s with the chosen training provider.
