Providing Push To Talk over Cellular (PTToC) two-way communications and internet connectivity to professional customers across the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Established in 2016 to capture the emerging PTToC market in the UK and we have grown from strength to strength on the back of our outstanding technical support and service combined with the right products at the right price in the right place.

Our client is now looking to add an apprentice to their team to strengthen their technical support, to continue their exponential growth. Apply today to join their exciting company.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be trained on and learn about all technical aspects of an operational PTToC solution, which includes SIMs (mobile networks), servers, firewalls, remote management and programming as well as problem finding and helping customers with changes.
  • You will be trained on and learn about all technical aspects of 4G internet routers including SIMs (mobile networks), WiFi, remote management and problem finding/helping customers with changes.
  • You will also be trained on and learn about testing new equipment, to provide constructive feedback to the engineers based in the UK and abroad. This includes body worn cameras (BWC)

Entry requirements:

You need to have 5 GCSE’s:

  • Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades D or above
  • 3x GCSE’s grade A-C in any other subject

You must not already have a qualification in a similar subject at the same level, or higher level than this apprenticeship.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
