Endeavour Information Solutions provides technology solutions to organisations across the UK and Ireland. We specialise in Microsoft technologies and solutions such as SharePoint, Office 365, Microsoft Dynamics , Kentico CMS as well as bespoke software development solutions. 

Endeavour also offers infrastructure support, virtualisation, IT training, IT consultancy services and IT forensic services.

Due to continued growth they are looking for an apprentice to join their IT team based in Edinburgh where you will provide internal and external clients with first level support.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

Main Responsbilities:

The Junior IT Helpdesk Apprentice will be involved in: 
• Providing internal and external clients with first level support;
• Assisting with internal and external client equipment builds and support;
• Resolving problems to the end user’s satisfaction;
• Monitoring the helpdesk ticket queue and prioritise appropriately;
• Escalating unresolved tickets to the next level support;
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding of users; and
• Maintaining internal equipment asset records.

Personal Qualities:

Strong interest in new technologies and concepts with the ability to pick them up quickly and apply them to client projects;
Desire to achieve technical certifications through continual learning;
Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and email communication;
Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills;
A positive “can do” attitude.
Be ambitious and self-motivated
Strong team player with problem-solving and analytical skills;
Keen to learn and share knowledge
Able to work to tight schedules and deadlines
