Job Role
Scotch Whisky Auctions are looking for a creative, computer savvy individual to provide digital administrative support to the photography and content team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the first step in their career in a creative and varied role. The succesful candidate will receive training from QA to achieve an SCQF Level 6 Diploma in Digital Applications Support.
Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Main Responsibilities
• Providing administrative support to the photography & content team
• Managing staffing on-line diaries and appointment scheduling through outlook
• Updating and managing company email boxes
• Assisting with social media management
• Assisiting with content creation
• Assisting with producing power point presentations
• All other ad hoc admin such as answering calls and reception duties
