An amazing opportunity has become available for a driven individual to join Taskmaster Resources as their Office Junior . Taskmaster Resources LTD acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers and an employment agency for permanent recruitment. The team in East Kilbride are currently looking to expand their office team due to continued growth of new clients and a larger increase within candidate demand. Their consultants are dedicated to service clients, provide recruitment solutions and place the correct calibre of candidate in an efficient time.

Key Responsibilities

Starting as an office junior you will provide support to your colleagues through your administrative duties. Answering the phone to clients, taking detailed notes and logging client information onto the CRM system. You will be in constant dialogue with management supporting them with daily tasks. While you will be referencing and checking compliance of clients, creating timesheets, and holiday reports. As you progress you will become more exposed to the business with you arranging interviews, prospect meetings with clients, and communicating with both clients and candidates. The apprenticeship training you will undergo will put you in a good place as there will be plenty of Microsoft packages used within the job with email usage to communicate with clients, word to take notes, and excel while making spreadsheets.

Apprenticeship Program

While working your normal duties at Taskmaster Resources you will also be completing your SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support (9-12 months). The course is designed for anyone that uses multiple systems to complete their day-to-day tasks. In terms of content all Microsoft packages will be covered (excel, word, outlook), CRM systems and GDPR. The training you will undergo will put you in a great position to succeed within your role.  Gaining these qualifications will be a fantastic kick start to your career, with more knowledge comes more value for your employers.

Additional Information

The starting apprentice salary will be £12,000 (with regular reviews based on performance). After successful completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress up to a £25,000 salary.

Working hours expected are full time, 40 hours per week (9-6 Mon-Fri). With an hour given for lunch.
