What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email
  • Greeting visitors 
  • Diary Management
  • Updating computer records using a database
  • Printing and photocopying
  • Maintaining office systems
  • Liaising with customers via email
  • Liaising with staff in other departments
  • Working in an office

Ideally you will have the following skills:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Good attention to detail and strong written skills
  • Working knowledge of computers and the ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and organised

Working week:

40 hours per week, 9am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

QA’s apprenticeships are funded by the Skills Development Scotland agency. To be eligible for a Government funded apprenticeship you must have lived in the UK or European Economic Area (EEA) for the last 3 consecutive years.
