We have an exciting new opportunity for an Apprentice to join our welcoming office support team whilst gaining valuable on-the-job experience supporting one of our industry leading clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Incident and Task Management (allocating tickets within Service Now application)
  • Updating asset detail within the Service Now application called SNOW
  • Distribution of RSA tokens - Daily use of Microsoft excel sheets to update detaqils and use of outlook and teams calls advising people to pick up kit
  • SharePoint/documentation writing/report and presentations to prepare using Microsoft Applications in the main.
  • General Account Administraion
  • Account Support for Ops Manager / Team Lead
  • Asset Management Maintenance
  • Work within challenging SLA’s.

Required Skills:

  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 (particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to contribute to team discussion and take ideas forward

Additional Information:

  • Salary - £12,000 starting salary rising to £21,000 after 2 years
  • Mon- Fri between 08:00-18:00 (37.5 hrs per week)
