Key Responsibilities:
- Incident and Task Management (allocating tickets within Service Now application)
- Updating asset detail within the Service Now application called SNOW
- Distribution of RSA tokens - Daily use of Microsoft excel sheets to update detaqils and use of outlook and teams calls advising people to pick up kit
- SharePoint/documentation writing/report and presentations to prepare using Microsoft Applications in the main.
- General Account Administraion
- Account Support for Ops Manager / Team Lead
- Asset Management Maintenance
- Work within challenging SLA’s.
Required Skills:
- Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 (particularly Excel, Visio and PowerPoint)
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to multitask
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to contribute to team discussion and take ideas forward
Additional Information:
- Salary - £12,000 starting salary rising to £21,000 after 2 years
- Mon- Fri between 08:00-18:00 (37.5 hrs per week)
