The services that we offer are: Account Management/Administration, Spare parts distribution , Procurement, In-house TV repairs, Sub assembly manufacturing & PCB repairs/modifications.
We also manage the account for Equinox who are the biggest field repair company in the UK. We process over 2000 repair activities per month and land continue to grow. Other household names we work with are Domestic & General, Assurant (The Warranty Group), Philips Hotel TV & ACER.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role the apprentice will use Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. In addition, you will update multiple client systems which include Philips, ACER and Domestic & General to help log all enquiries & jobs.
- Helping with customer enquiries via email and telephone
- Logging of calls and emails on company database
- Uploading costs to systems for approval & processing once approved.
- Ordering of parts online & sending to relevant departments.
- Updating of repair events
- Closure of jobs
- General office support duties when required
Required Skills:
- Must be computer literate with some knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
- Possesses excellent verbal & written communication skills & have an eye for detail
- Ability to prioritise, have adaptability and problem solve
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a high attention to detail
- Driving license preferred but not essential
Additional Information:
- Salary - £12,000 - £13,000 per annum dependent on experience
- Salary - Increase on completion of apprenticeship
- Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm
