Key Responsibilities:
The role will be varied, and exciting. You will initially
spend time across the company with 2 weeks in each:
Growth Team
You’ll learn about sales, email campaigns, sales projections, public speaking, client
pitches. There will also be an element of event planning and scheduling social media with the Marketing Manager.
Paid Social Team
You’ll learn about running paid ads on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and
TikTok, as well as the fundamentals of it all.
Paid Search Team
You’ll learn about running paid ads on Google, and Microsoft ad networks. This will
include search, displays, remarketing and video campaigns.
After 2 weeks with each department, we will encourage, and help, you pick a team that best suits your interests and plan out the rest of the year.

Additional Information:
- Salary - £12,000 per annum
- Salary - To be reviewed upon successful completion of apprenticeship
- 5 hours per week Monday – Friday
- Regular social activities
- Hybrid working
- Monday - Friday role
