Job overview:

After a proper induction to the business, a personal development plan will be drawn up for you. Responsibilities:

  • Working within the Marketing team to provide insights and analysis to inform campaigns and content across the groups’ portfolio.
  • Managing and maintaining the database within the CRM and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Segmenting data to deliver highly targeted content.
  • Conducting market research and analysis on a variety of topics to inform marketing campaigns and sales proposals.
  • Utilising tools including the CRM system, Google Analytics, Hootsuite and customer feedback software.
  • Monitoring and reporting on industry trends and competitors’ analysis reports.

Required skills & qualities:

  • An understanding of GDPR compliance and regulations.
  • The ability to multitask and love working on numerous projects simultaneously.
  • An enjoyment of learning, soaking things in like a sponge.
  • A proactive attitude, whether a task is complicate or simple, big or small.
  • The ability to thrive while working to achieve great things alongside the rest of the team.
  • Being motivated by a fast paced and bustling environment.
  • Looking at things differently than other people and enjoying finding alternative solutions.
  • An excitement to immerse yourself in our lively brand, culture and business.

Entry Requirements:

The entry requirements for this programme are as follows:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

Experience (if the learner can’t meet the qualification requirements):

  • Those working in a role (for at least 6 months) where data is used on a regular basis and able to demonstrate working towards Level 2 in Maths and English.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
