Responsibilities:

  • Placing adverts on our ‘Healthier Business Reference’ portal
  • Searching for candidates using IQX Database
  • Onboarding new colleagues
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates using the IQX database and 3CX telephone system
  • Submitting candidate details to employers via DocuSign and the ‘Healthier Business Reference’ portal
  • Preparing CV’s and correspondence using Microsoft 365 and Outlook
  • Organising interviews and providing feedback
  • Assisting candidates to register with SSSC/HCPC
  • Using 3CX Telephone System to contact candidates
  • Working alongside consultants and managers to develop electronic marketing material
  • Exploring use of mediums such as FB, Twitter and Linked In to enhance and grow our business
  • Using software such as Microsoft Office, IQX and Zebra for which training will be provided
  • Answering incoming calls, signposting calls to relevant consultant and taking messages
  • Take ownership of office requirements such as stationary, organising tradesmen, filing invoices and purchase orders

Salary:

£11,466 per annum rising to £16,000 upon completion of apprenticeship

Working hours:

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch break)

Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
